Event Description
Cooking Through the Calendar with ARH! This is Food for Life- A Heart Healthy Cooking Class on Tues., Jan. 28th at 5pm. Each family will leave with a goodie bag of food prep items and a $25 gift card to IGA (provided by ARH). Space is limited so please register for the class by emailing Heather Samons at hsamons@arh.org
